    • Meditation & Introspection before and after the surf sessions

  2. Professional Video Analysis: Receive one detailed video analysis to enhance your surfing skills. This feedback will help you improve your technique and maximize your progress.
  3. Surfing equipment (surfboard, rashguard, etc.).
