Refund policy

Cancelation, rescheduling or money return policies will apply if: 

• Weather related changes: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund. 
• Rescheduling: Participants can reschedule their session up to 4 days before the program starts without any additional fees. 
• Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the program itinerary, activities, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. 
• Medical Emergencies: In case of a documented medical emergency preventing a participant from attending the program, a full refund may be considered. 
• No shows: Participants who do not show up for the program without prior notice will not be elegible for a refund or rescheduling.
